Our history
Academy Kids is a not-for-profit, community investment of Three Taverns Church founded in 2012. Amidst skyrocketing daycare costs, we set out with a dream to provide excellent childcare and education at an affordable price.
The great folks at Three Taverns Church donated an entire wing and renovated our first five classrooms to provide A+ facilities. We set out to find the best teachers.
Seven years and hundreds of happy families later, Academy Kids continues to provide excellent teachers, facilities, and education always keeping costs low.
- Tuition remains 15% - 30% less than others.
- Happy, qualified teachers are paid 20% more.
- We added four more classrooms in 2017.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide excellent, affordable early-childhood education and care.
Our strategy for excellence began with great rooms, great playgrounds, a well-trained staff, clear education plans, and a solid curriculum. This strategy continues today with an entirely remodeled facility and a great teaching team.
Our strategy for affordability kept tuition 20% below market rates, offered the first month free with no junk fees and three weeks of free family vacation. This strategy continues today keeping our rates more than 15% below the market.
Our Method
We have a seasoned, detailed plan for achieving our mission of excellent and affordable childcare and education.
We recruit teachers that exceed State Certifications and we pay them well. Our experienced team participates in regular continuing education to stay at the top of their class. We also have a training program to develop new talent. Here are some hightlights:
